North Florida Anesthesia Consultants (NFAC) – Envision Healthcare
North Florida Anesthesia Consultants (NFAC), in partnership with Envision Healthcare, is seeking motivated and flexible APPs for per diem opportunities across our growing network of facilities in the Jacksonville area.

Jacksonville and St. Augustine Surgery Centers
What We’re Looking For
Provide consistent availability and scheduling reliability
Willing to work across multiple facilities
Can participate in occasional call coverage (not required)
Communicate proactively and function well within a team-based model
Take pride in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
