Questcare, a division of Envision, has openings for a Hospitalist to join our growing team at Medical City Alliance in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.
Requirements: Must be BC/BE Internal Medicine
Position Profile:
Shifts: 7a - 7p
7 on / 7 off schedule
Daily patient census: 23-25/physician
Occasional ICU coverage
No procedures required
Round & Go Model
- "Assigned" to just one facility as opposed to travelling all over the metro
- Hourly rate or RVU's, whichever is greater each month

Medical City Alliance is a 99-bed acute care hospital serving Fort Worth, Keller, Justin, Haslet, Watauga, Roanoke, Northlake, Trophy Club, Saginaw, and surrounding communities throughout northern Tarrant and southern Denton counties. Designated as a Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center, the hospital offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including chest pain-accredited cardiovascular care, general and robotic surgery, neurosciences, orthopedics, women's services, and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
The facility recently completed a $51 million expansion, enhancing emergency services and increasing licensed bed capacity to better serve the region's rapidly growing population. Medical City Alliance has earned an "A" Hospital Safety Grade and the prestigious "Top General Hospital" designation from The Leapfrog Group, underscoring its commitment to clinical excellence, quality, and patient safety. The hospital is also recognized as a "green" facility, holding Silver LEED certification for environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.
In addition to its main emergency department, Medical City Alliance operates two freestanding emergency rooms—Medical City ER Haslet and Medical City ER Saginaw—providing convenient access to high-quality emergency care closer to home.
