Job Details
Envision invites a skilled and motivated physician leader to serve as Site Medical Director for our growing Pulmonary/Critical Care program at Medical City Dallas.
Qualifications:
Must be Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship trained
Previous leadership experience preferred
- Active TX license preferred or in-process
Responsibilities:
Ample protected clinical and leadership time
Open, collegial, and supportive relationship with executive hospital leadership
Duties include co-management with specialties, clinical support for physicians on shift, shadowing and coaching, onboarding and mentoring new physicians, recruiting, and strategic planning.

Facility Information
Medical City Dallas Hospital is an 890-bed quaternary regional care referral center and includes Medical City Children’s Hospital. The medical staff consists of 1,150 physicians representing 95 adult and pediatric specialties. Other specialty services include the Transplant Center; the Dallas Craniofacial Center; the nationally known Neuroscience Program; and the Cardiovascular Institute at Medical City Dallas. Patients have come from all over the United States and 75 foreign countries to receive cutting edge healthcare.
