Envision is actively hiring a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a close-knit, high-performing team at a respected BayCare community hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive, collaborative environment where providers stay long-term and truly enjoy where they practice.
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience - new grads will not be contacted.
Position Profile:
20,000 annual patient visits
1.4-1.8 average patients per hour
20-bed ED with 6 Fast Track beds
CERNER EMR
24 hours of APP coverage
Shifts 10a-1p and 12p-12a
Minimum of 10 shifts/month

A new Critical Care Unit designed for advanced, high‑acuity treatment
A state‑of‑the‑art surgical center featuring four operating suites
A dedicated endoscopy suite
A redesigned pre‑operative holding area
An enhanced post‑anesthesia care unit focused on patient safety, accessibility, and comfort
