Envision is actively interviewing for an Emergency Medicine Site Medical Director to lead a high‑volume, award‑winning Emergency Department at Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall—an essential regional hub within the Montefiore Health System and a cornerstone of emergency care for the Hudson Valley community.
Position Profile:
55,000 annual patient volume, 15-20% pediatric volume
23 ED beds
8 Fast Track beds
Level III Trauma Center
53 hours of physician coverage
37 hours of Advanced Practice Provider coverage
EPIC EMR
