Envision is seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join the team at Baptist Health Paducah in Paducah, Kentucky. This opportunity offers a collaborative practice environment, excellent specialty support, a flexible block schedule, and the chance to practice at a leading regional referral center serving patients across four states. Future leadership and teaching opportunities may become available with the planned launch of an Internal Medicine Residency Program in 2028.

Hospital Medicine Program Overview
Average daily census of 18 patients per provider
5-day hospitalists
1 dedicated nocturnist
