Envision is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Nocturnist to join the team at Baptist Health Paducah in Paducah, Kentucky. This opportunity offers excellent compensation, a generous start-date bonus, strong APP support, and the chance to practice at a leading regional referral center serving patients across Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, and Missouri.

$50,000 start-date bonus

Emergency Department Overview
37,500 annual ED visits
High-volume regional referral center
- APP support primarily focused in Fast Track
- EPIC EMR
Approximately 35 hours of physician coverage daily
Approximately 36 hours of APP coverage daily
- Approximately 1:1 physician-to-APP coverage ratio
- 373-bed regional referral center
- On-site cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, OB/GYN, pediatrics, and intensive care support
- Region's only Level III NICU
- Advanced cardiac and cancer care programs
- 24/7 neurology coverage
