Envision is hiring a full‑time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to serve at a close‑knit community hospital that’s part of the BayCare network, where supportive teamwork and long‑term provider retention create an exceptional practice environment.
Position Profile:
20,000 annual patient visits
1.4-1.8 average patients per hour
20-bed ED with 6 Fast Track beds
CERNER EMR
24 hours of APP coverage
Shifts 10a-1p and 12p-12a
Minimum of 10 shifts/month

The hospital recently completed a $19‑million, multi‑phase expansion that renovated 33,000 square feet of the main building and added 4,000 square feet of new construction.

A new Critical Care Unit designed for advanced, high‑acuity treatment
A state‑of‑the‑art surgical center featuring four operating suites
A dedicated endoscopy suite
A redesigned pre‑operative holding area
An enhanced post‑anesthesia care unit focused on patient safety, accessibility, and comfort
